+fpdi no longer uses fpdi2tcpdf_bridge.php this has been replaced with fpdi_bridge.php.
+fpdi_bridge.php has been modified to extend pdf (lib/pdflib.php) as was done with
+fpdi2tcpdf_bridge.php.
